In February of 2006 a committee of volunteers began working to raise
funds for a state-of-the-art artificial turf surface at Morristown High
School's Memorial Field. Although that goal seemed unattainable at
times, it is now well within our reach, but we need your help to get
into the end zone.
Individuals, corporations, and foundations have given generously to
our campaign and we are now only $30,000 short of our goal. With your
help, we can be sure that the athletic complex at MHS will be fully
equipped and ready for play in time for the 2010-2011 school
year. Every little bit counts at this point.
The names of donors who contribute $250 or more will be included on a
permanent donor recognition wall
to be placed near the entrance of Memorial Field. Why not consider
making a donation at that level (or above) in honor of a
student-athlete, teacher, coach, MHS alumnus, or friend.
What a wonderful and lasting tribute that would be to someone
who contributed to the proud history of Morristown High School!
Contributions may be made online or by mail. Don't sit on the
sidelines! Make your contribution by December 1, 2009 so you may be
part of the winning team as we cross the goal line!
